My oldest friend, is a guy from Nyando constituency, a 94 year old Man, I have had pints with him, taken meals together and generally discussed all issues under the sun where his wisdom and knowledge accumulated over the years never ceases to amaze me/the company we keep, experience from his early years in Nairobi where he first came in 1948, Ochieng Kijana, get well soon my friend and brother.

Older wiser people are a gem to be around, they have stories for days.
I for one enjoyed chilling with older folk since I was a youngin, it helped me navigate my teen years and have an understanding of life earlier than my peers.
It's cool to hang around your peers but not all the time, watakufanya mjinga.
