True. Obstinate Government lacking adequate PR adequacy.
When BBC aired the documentary, the Kasongo Government declined the right of reply.
Possibly because they know BBC was telling the truth and didn’t know how to deny it.
Equally important is to ask why Kasongo, as is normal practice, didn’t sanction BBC in any way but let the story slide.
If you have truth in your side you don’t let lies carry the day unchallenged.
Says a lot about Kasongo’s cluelessness.
