I once stayed in an apartment that was clearly built on a road reserve, oneday the owner came and i directly asked kama nyumba imejengwa kwa barabara while pointing out the stark signs of road encroachment, jamaa almost went beserk denying anything like that. Anyway people are still purchasing that land that belongs to KU na wakiwachiliwa to own it then it will always give others the encouragement to encroach on other peoples property and expect no consequence
