It is interesting reading the conversation around this. 4 years ago individuals with foresight warned that the unholy handshake alliance neutralized the opposition. Then, people said it was all about peace and it was good for the nation. 4 years later, the country is buckling under the weight of the unimpeded decisions that took place.
It is funny how certain individuals that were responsible for the handshake are now crying about a super majority in parliament.
Sacarsm? Super majority is rarely good. It puts the country at the mercy of the puppeteer. But this is a consequence of opposition politics. If that mzee actually focused on providing alternative leadership and not maandamano, dramas and whistle blower hoaxes, people wouldn't be leaving him in droves.I support super majority, it will bring development to the people and makes government work easier to pass legislation.
