SUBJECT ;- CIRCULATION OF RECOVERED STOCK.
REF. MUmias police station OB 23 05/11/2022 at 1425 hours. Police officers on patrol together with a team from Cipu Mumias West Sub County, received a tip off from members of the public that a motor vehicle was transporting suspected stolen stock from mayoni heading for mumias general direction. Efforts were made by the team to flag down the said m/vehicle
Reg KBR 990 E, make probox succeed white in colour,but all was in vain .This prompted a Chase that led to the interception of the vehicle within Ekero market , map ref. 733435 4 km east of the station.
The occupants ran away and upon checking inside the vehicle, it was established that, two mature bulls had been tightly tied and locked in the rear cabin of the vehicle. .Description of the suspected stolen stock are as follows;
One is black with white spots in colour and has long horns, while the second bull is black in colour, equally with long horns.The breed of the two bulls is freshian.
.Both of the two bulls are being kept at mumias police station. The m/v KBR 990E(Probox) that was being used to ferry the two suspected stolen bulls,was impounded and detained at the police station awaiting further police action. Case P.u.i Stapol Mumias dealing.
