I am not in twitter, but a better more impact full message would be to compare it with annual budget averages and give us the misappropriation percentage. It is a lot more useful when you tell me that someone misappropriated 50 bob and another 100 when budgets for both were 500 bob and the second 5000 bob
 
Izo figures do not reflect what was really in the ground. Moi's Goldenberg scandal 158B alone could be about 1.5- 2T today in value.
Also, he hasn't factored the access to info that's there nowadays compared to those yrs.

true information was very scarce during moi era, so much went untraceable
 
The figures are so inaccurate and don't capture the 10% kickbacks that government suppliers must give and overpricing of goods and services.
We probably steal over 500 billion or 5% of the GDP a year.
