Methinks it might be a design flaw. On Europe accidents zikitokea place moja hao hufunga hio road section wanaifanyia studies then redesign it. It can't be a coincidence that ajali zinatokea tuu kwa toll stations.
 
Uganda they have an expressway stretching about 50kms from Kampala to Entebbe. I mean, it makes sense because that's where the airport is. They pay 5000 to use the expressway. Us when I convert, we pay 9500 UGC for an even shorter distance.This morning I used it from Kampala and the taxi charges you different rates if it's express or via kawaida road. I'm told the traffic is terebo.

You see the exit of the expressway in Entebbe? It's not as dramatic as ours in Westlands complete with red carpet. This one you look up and you find you already exited. Kinda like tripping and falling into someone's relationship this cold weather. No drama, just happenstance.
