SGR Booking system

I am not a Futurama fan .
SGR is a fantastic mode of transport .I have used the train numerous times and its my prefered mode when travelling Nairobi - Mombasa - Nairobi .
However there seems to be a major flaw with their booking system . Someone told me ukikosa ticket via the website visit the office and you might be lucky . On my day of travel i always check the website naona inasema iko fully booked but after boarding naona the coach ile niko assigned and designed to carry 118 passengers its only 3/4 full . This train can move more people if they work on their booking website and the same running costs .
And why is access to the SGR Nairobi station so neglected ? Also there seem to be someone benefitting from the manual parking payment system that has been in place since the maiden trip a few years ago .

No it's not about people getting late, it's the system flagging a seat as booked every time you get to that page that gives you the option to Pay Now or Pay Later . Hapa SGR Nairobi station even after you board you have a clear view of the parking area and I have never seen anyone running trying to get to the security screening area. Next time be keen uone what i am talking about specifically Nairobi.
Any unpaid booking should have a window of 30 minutes, ukikosa kulipa in 30 minutes your booking is canceled automatically and the seat is made available.

They are using a useless system as usual . If I were to be more negative , think it was a product of kujuana because it doesn’t make sense in a world where so many train companies and airlines have functioning reservation systems .
