Nope, the guy had to give out property illegally acquired to purpote to pay people....they are still waiting....others were given overvalued plots for the savings he had stolen from them....imagine getting a plot worth 200k for lost savings amounting for 500k?

This is news to me too coz i know people who were refunded or given plots.
If you are familiar with the con he played, kuna watu from the saving sacco and a land selling company, the company was selling land valued at 200k, people who lost money in the sacco were given land that Is worth less than the saving lost....
