They claim its a free market when increasing prices, but when prices reduce it is a controlled market? When fuel is not available they claim it is Kenyans who are at fault because of queueing? You tell us what is happening

Covid came in March 2020. This reduction was in April 2020. The effects of COVID on business hadn't been felt yet.
