Exactly and each one be required to explain how they acquired it e.g Mzee Kibors land acquisitions were laid out in the papers recently and its very clear how he acquired his land. Hao wengine je ?

E.g the huge land the Kenyattas own in Taita was not purchased, Jomo simply had titles issued in much the same way Arap Nyayo had titles issued for the 80k acres

Kenyatta swindled the Mau Mau fighters. Very badly kept secret. Why they even teach him in History as a freedom fighter is baffling. They should teach the truth of what he is, a thief.

Here is a very well kept secret Khalwale mentioned and most fools have never even heard of:

During runup to independence, some of the settlers said they will not livd in .ke under nyeuthi rule.
It was decided that the land they owned be baought back from them useing british government and WB loans.
The land was supposed to be redistributed to those that were originally displaced by the settlers. So the money came and thr 1000s of acrea were baought. Kenyatta took the biggest part for himself and dished out the rest to his cronies. Non of the originally displaced got any land and the Kenyan public repaid the loans that were used to buy it.

The scheam was called settlment trustee fund.
