SUBJECT: DEFILEMENT REPORT/ ARREST OF MAGISTRATE. 01/04/2022 at 0345hrs. It was reported by one xxxxxxxx a manager at xyz Bar and restaurant within Kaplong that yesterday 31/03/2022 at around 2000hrs a male customer booked room 102 and left the keys to the said room at the counter as he continued to take drinks at the bar. At around 2300hrs the reportee noticed that the customer who had booked headed to the room accompanied by a female juvenile.He alerted police who rushed to the said lodging. On arrival the police found the suspect namely James Ongondo Kisii Male Adult aged 51yrs old in his motor vehicle Reg No KCN 77R make Lexus at the parking yard together with a Luo female juvenile namely xxxxxxx xxxxxxx aged 17yrs. The suspect, who is a Senior Principal Magistrate at Kehancha law courts, Migori County,was then placed in police custody.The scene was revisited and a sperm stained bedsheet and tissue paper recovered in the said room.The suspect and victim have been escorted to Kapkatet hospital for medical examination Case P.U.I. DCI Sotik dealing.
