It is interesting because the creation of these random parties is all on Uhuru. He splintered the traditional support bases of Raila and then Jubilee signed pacts with them. ODM might have only Nyanza Mps while Jubilee and it's splintered parties hold a majority in parliament. How would Raila pass his agenda in parliament without Jubilee/Uhuru. He will be a puppet.
