I find this very interesting. Has there ever been a clean president, one who never steals? If there is, there is no way he ruled in a democracy because in this governance structure, it is made up of several parts to make the whole. So, all the clingers on each side of the political divide come with greedy hands but because of their significant contribution in terms of numbers you have to satiate that greed with the occasional million and sometimes billion.
