Nimeona pale Twitter Elon Musk akisema he will sell 10% of his shares if Twitterverse decides through a poll, enyewe ni poa kucheza hio ligi. Swali ni, if he takes no salary and solely relies on stock compensation when he sells which I guess has to be very structured to avoid selling at a high (insider dealing) what happens when he needs cash? Is it an all expense paid 💳 that is billed to the company for even miniscule purchases? Ni kwenda kuona accountant Friday and telling him "My guy, I need 50big ones by CoB"? Ama it's loans against shares?

They don't pay dividends. Tech based companies have a growth stock and paying dividends means they've matured, no more technology to invest in and it's frowned upon by VC who care for jet rocket fuelled growth as it means the stock will reach astronomicaly high levels where they'll cash out at x '00 or x '000 their original investment.
