Ubaya wa Baba na almost all of you his supporters, hua mwaongea kama ambao ni vitisho mnatisha watu.

But mimi sina Ubaya kabisaa. I wish baba nothing but a huge success. But I know this... the success, if it is possible, will never be as sweet if he wins the seat without the votes from the mountain. It will be like marrying, alright, but not marrying the girl of your dreams!

This guy will not be coming back as an mp next year...listening to him ni kujitupa sana. But its good anybody can claim anything these days.

I don't get what people mean by that. What has he been campaigning with? Let's say for example akifungua barabara na aseme Jubilee venye imefanya kazi mzuri. Isn't it the same Jubilee that we are demonizing now? Even Kibaki was demonized when in government but now he is appreciated. Isn't it one of the reasons why no deputy/VP has ever ascended to the presidency?

If somebody has been campaigning for Ruto, it is Uhuru by sidelining him from government. That has effectively absolved him of the failures of the second term of Jubilee and that is why he has been embraced on the ground.

That bargage has been collected by Raila which has effectively de-campaigned him. It really is that simple.
