SUBJECT ROBBERY WITH VIOLENCE REPORT. Ref Stapol Konoin OB No. 12/08/07/2021 at 11:30 hrs. It was reported by one VICTOR KIPRONO, principal magistrate Nakuru law court that yesterday 07/07/2021 at about 14:30 hrs he was in company of one Martim Kiprono an Administration police officer attached to CIPU Sotik and a lady by the name Peris Cherotich at a restaurant in Litein town and left heading home whereby he was to be dropped home by the said Maritim at Belgut. However he (Maritim) suddenly diverted the vehicle and started heading towards Mogogosiek direction. On reaching Boito area, he stopped the vehicle and held the complainant's hands. Meanwhile the lady took KShs five hundred thousand which was in a brown envelope belonging to the complainant from his hand and they threw him out of the vehicle and drove off. He was rescued by bodaboda's who took him home. The lady Peris Cherotich has been arrested and will be arreigned in court tomorrow 09/07/2021. Case PBC.
