the health sector is none existent, his family and friends stole the largest share of the covid funds, he hosted super spreader even in Kisumu and now people are suffering in that section of the country, the doctors have said that they are yet to be paid, they even lack insurance and PPEs....you can compare the opening of those hospitals as stealing from joe to give john. the actions cancel each other
