After the High Court declared handshake and BBI an illegality and blamed the expensive exercise on Uhuru Kenyatta in person, he decided to go on the offensive, either openly as on Madaraka Day, or covertly by declining to appoint 6 JSC nominated Judges and giving very vague reasons for the act. Now he has activists working very hard to justify the rejection of those judges.

Nobody had ever heard before of the Judiciary Observation Institute, and it is nowhere to be found in the Internet, but it has unleashed two 'dirty dossiers' about the rejected judges. This is the second one:

The big question is why the corruption is only revealed years after it happened, yet Uhuru controls all the organs that are authorized and equipped to catch any thieves long before they can harm society? The other question is why the COVID billionaires remain untouched, yet their exploits are way more harmful and well documented. No wonder we are told that 2 billion is lost daily!
