P/s The dictionaries on the web tell me there's no big difference in the meanings of nigga, nigger, nigguh...they are all variants of the same though the word's meaning has evolved to be the urban slang you say nigga should be.

I think it will be all about business.
I think Kaguta will also drive to Kisumu from Entebbe and not fly. Some area of east Uganda didn't vote for him and he'd like to show them who's King. He's the only president who is known to have traveled from Uganda to Kinshasa by Road. And that includes Zaires and later DRCs president's!!!
I have a feeling that he will pass through Busia and into Kisumu, applaud a few developments he'd seen then fly back

It guess that it's the compromise rather than ban all variations across the board. More so because it is often used self referentially or in positive context especially by our brothers the rappers.
 
Haki @Meria nitafutie an audience with this president. One of my kungurus ladies is Burundian na amenikasirikia. A photo-op with their president might pursuade her to abandon the cold war.

Alternatively, is their space in your truck niweke a few shiny gifts...a fridge and a microwave oven?
