Ha...ha...ha! What is legally wrong and lacking with what I have said @It's Me Scumbag?
Isn’t this the way law should apply and, dare I add, do apply in most jurisdictions?

The reason it doesn’t work this way is not because the law is lacking or that the legal framework is amiss but because of corruption either at the Courts or at the Enforcement.

The fact remains that if you can show prima facie that you are the legal owner of encroached land , you should get the injunction of Eviction Order against the encroachers.

I do not have the particulars of that case. However, there is a difference between an undesired tenant and a squartter. For a tenant, I would use an agent or an auctioneer depending on the circumstances. Squatter akianza kujenga nabomoa hiyo kibanda faster faster. Let him move to court and sue me for damages if he wants to.
