we have seen so many say that everything has its own budget.
so we cannot have all the money going into one budget. if budget/allocation for one item gets finished, you should not remove allocation from the others to cater for that one.

so ata home, ukiwa na budget ya school fees na entertainment, fees zikipanda na budget yake iishe, usitoe ya entartainment. enjoy the trip to Mombasa na watoi, wata rudi shule pesa ikipatikana.

Kwa gava kuna kitu huitwa ‘supplementary budget’ that serves to correct such anomalies midway thru the financial year.
