The clip is more than one year old, in the absence of the complainant, how do you prosecute such a case and the competency of a clip, who will produce it in court as a primary evidence, last i checked only gazzetted officers are competent to produce photographic evidence in court.

And when the Defence Team ask to see the alleged Victim, their injuries, their doctor’s notes etc etc?
To successfully convict someone of a crime strong and irrefutable evidence is essential. Moreover in criminal proceedings the Defendant has to be proved guilty beyond a reasonable doubt.
