If the equalization factor meets poverty and development factors, any Kenyan would want to settle anywhere in the next 50yrs.We have had 2 formulae used to allocate funds, this is the current one but it is set to be replaced by the one passed last year amid plenty of intimidation and misinformation

Notice that 18% is allocated based on poverty? This is a 2% drop from 20% in the first basis formula which was used between 2013 and 2018
Also, land size favours huge counties like Turkana, Marsabit ( and rightly so)
