Furthermore, BBI gives a lot of cushion to these politicians. Not forgetting it is also giving them more avenues to eat our money (think CDF).
This is not to diminish your point on the car grant. Then they are those who would have supported it because they belong to Kieleweke. There are just so many variables it is hard to pinpoint at one as the decisive one.
The point is Ruto is not as popular as some are making him to be.

Nope. The MCAs are on record asking for car grants or they tank the BBI. Let's be honest.
