Ruto’s Basic Minimums

Should Ruto ever want my vote, there are a number of things I would like him to urgently address.

Let’s start by giving credit where it is due. Ruto is a generous benefactor and an avid fund-raiser for Churches. However there is one Church he has conveniently and consistently forgotten to visit and help: The Kiambaa Church where his goons and thugs set alight and killed Women, Infants and Children. Ruto should visit, condole those families and commit to help them rebuild bigger and better. After all charity begins at home.

I also expect him to facilitate the return of all IDPs back to their properties. While at it, I sincerely hope that should he have any of these people’s land (remember Muteshi?), which we might not know, he surrender and revert it back to them.

I would also like to see him surrender KACC land back to them without hiding behind legal nonsense by insisting on bona fide purchaser rights. A president who steals from institutions has no moral compass or ethics at all. Given a chance at Presidency, such a greedy character will rob everyone.
While at that, he should also pay to the State his proceeds from illegal sale of Ngong Forest land to NSSF and other Developers.

NB: Don’t ask me about Jayden or Jaduong. This is strictly about Ruto.
