You see it's the govts job to the sensitisation. It knows the strength of its coffers well hence its better placed to advise the "youth" on the effects of excess breeding.

And it won't cost much, just a month of advertising. The problem is, the politicians are busy advising the masses to breed notwithstanding the dim future we face.

(Disclaimer: Family is an individual responsibility but to some families kama pale kibich, such a campaign will bring some form of sobriety in their deeds)
