There is nothing wrong with the title. The kind of things the village smokes results in strikingly similar cognitive deficiencies. I challenge you to take another look at the title early in the morning before you inhale anything.
This makes sense in the Kenyan English. It neither right nor wrong. "A police officer shot and killed a colleague" is generally correct way.
