We have a constitutional democracy. That should mean that one man one vote with legal protection of minorities. We should have equitable distribution of baking the national cake, not just its distribution. Why should we be have the minorities receive more taxes per capita than the majority?

Why can't we have 50% of taxes sent back.to counties that generated them? Then the next 35% be shared equally while the last 15% is set for funding projects targeted at the poorest counties?

Why is geographical area even considered?

I just don't understand some stupidity that the majority accepts. When you have the yam and the knife, you should have a say on what portion of the yam your friend recieve. I don't mind funding affirmative action for remote communities but there is no way that Mandera should recieve the same allocation as Nakuru or Kiambu. The population and development dynamics are totally different.

I will gladly vote yes ,but I would have to check other things that usually are sneaked in unapata pia umekubali MP ,Women Rep and MCA each to receive 1.5 million pay and other allowances .
