The confusion in the transition from grade 9 to grade 10 is a good example of how to prepare the young ones.
Right now, the private schools are spending huge amounts on billboards/advertisements everywhere since they know the government have not prepared /funded the public schools in readiness for Grade 10. Private schools are even paying junior school headteachers so that the headteachers can recommend certain schools . There is even a referral fee for every student who will be admitted.
