Right now hundreds of low-IQ idiots are alive because the American taxpayer is paying for their ARVs. Also, the below countries are all developed and yet I don't think flooding is an issue for them.

I am a proponent of family planning but Kenya is far from being considered overpopulated. Just a short drive from most urban areas and vast amounts of idle land is usually the norm.
