I know foreign language mastery does not define the content of a person's character, but English is recognized as an official language of Kenya and as a leader one is obligated to be a good orator and communicator.

This is one place I commend Sonko. He could barely string together a sentence in English at first but after Miguna attacked him several times he improved considerably
