Back in the 90's when I was still in high school I was introduced to a local brew call Toivo, it was made by fermenting fruits mostly pineapples and oranges for a week then repackaged in a recycled Treetops juice bottles the brew Master was called Ngare and had a shop(Kiosk) in Eastleigh opposite Garissa Lodge (when Garissa Lodge was a real lodging and not a Mall ) a bottle was around Ksh 7 and we use to call it "Nyang'ande" early this year I was curious of what happened to the Toivo drink so I decided to brew my own, allow me to introduced the new and refined
