Meanwhile I see the mzee from Bondo bulldozing that each county selects 40 delegates - half of them Gen-Zee - to the conclave.
Kasongo has refused that Ramaphosa/South Africa mediate at the said conclave.

Meanwhile, the semantics confuse me - I always knew a conclave to be a private meeting of a select few people = not a baraza of 2000 plus.
