Kapsaret MP Oscar Sudi was grilled for hours at the DCI headquarters over mysterious Sh150 million from the National Hospital Insurance Fund.

It is alleged that two of Sudi’s cars were bought by money whose trail leads to NHIF accounts.

Police say the cash was part of false claims syndicate that has led to the loss of millions at the health insurer.

If only we had one good leader who would come in and hang or shoot in public these corrupt people and thieves. This country will turn around immediately.
People pull corrupt stunts because they can get away with it, introduce element of fear and things reset. Singapore and Sril Lanka out of war is are good example how to deal with some rot.

You can imagine what an ordinary Kenyan goes through to get even a 1m loan pale equity. You have to kneel before the manager, then have to pay the cash back with interest. But this thug can use his connections to sukoiman and go to a parastatal and fraudulently get 150m just like that. No interest no repayment. That is how those people used to operate during the.moi days. Mungu saidia kenya.

Some facts about the covid scandal that never was.
1. The world.was facing a new unknown pandemic with people dying like flies in Europe.
2. Governments were desperate to manage the new disease.
3. Materials to combat the disease were in short supply worldwide mpaka the US stole PPEs which were on transit to Germany via JKIA so as to protect american citizens.
4. The Kenyan govt like all other govts in the world was also desperate to urgently get materials to manage the epidemic.
5. Companies that could supply the materials were fast tracked to supply the.materials and save the.population from the new disease. At the time there was TV footage of mass.graves due.to the pandemic all the way from Italy, Britain, the US, mpaka Brazil.
6. The govt later learnt that some of the companies that had been given tenders to provide the emergency covud supplies didn't have the capacity.
7. The contracts of those companies that couldn't deliver covid materials were cancelled and no money was paid.
8. Therefore the covid scandal was a scandal that never was.
9. The press dwelt on stories such as company x, y, z was awarded a contract worth x,y,z millions to supply materials. But the fact is that companies that never supplied were never paid.
10. Yote tisa, the covid scandal was a scandal that never was but politicians used the issue to score.polical points.

You don't need a good leader, you need Kenyans who'll vote the right leaders. It is, after all, a popularity contest. The moment Kenyans start demanding integrity and proper use of collective resources, naturally it's leaders who fulfill this that will rise to the top.
 
Interesting when you want to hire an employee or elect officials to run your sacco, you pick the very best candidate and even readvertise for the position if you find the candidates unsuitable. But in siasa people seem to lose their minds and end up with very poor choices.
