How much did he spend since 2018 - 2022 on his campaigns? Where were those funds coming from?

Counter accusations aren't helping anyone. When Ruto's campaign spend is analysed, let's be on their case. However, using ca. 1,440,000,000/- of taxpayers' money for a failed project should have all of us seething.
