I see this question all the time and I always ask, what does he have to gain? He will be accused of actively and deliberately going against Uhuru's agenda. Isn't this what even today people on Uhuru's side accuse him of? Ati deputy anajaribu kuongoza nchi. He would be stupid to do it. He would be handing ammo to his detractors.He is in government. Anyamaze kwanini? He can use the same issues to campaign. That is the political reality. If he will go against the government policy just know he won't do it visibly.
