At one point in June 2022, crude oil was going for $122 per barrel. In Kenya, petrol was ksh 159 per ltr (179 if you remove the subsidy). As we speak, crude oil is at a 5 month low, going for $69 per barrel. In this case, under a reasonable government how much should the petrol price in Kenya be? Ruto will lower the price with a few shillings, then Gachagua and their bloggers will tell you how Ruto has just used his brain to improve the economy and to lower the cost of fuel.

Lake oil, Nakuru sold a litre at 212.30 last Monday and I think it's still the same, seems epra pricing is aimed at hurting the car owners.
