Three weeks ago, Murang'a governor pompously announced that they were doing something toimprove "the smallest roundabout in Africa" which is in the center of Murang'a town. He was breaking the ground for the "major civil works". The citizens were however not impressed with the result and sent him aloud and clear message.
"Kang'ata recently baked us a cake in Murang'a and we decided to "cut" it. Is there a problem?"
