There is the National Parents Association acting on behalf of all parents,those who know and those who don't.
And there is the single parent also suing on their won behalf and on behalf of others.
Those are two separate cases. They might or might not be consolidated.
And why would you question their genuineness? Are you not a parent? Or you already been done with schooling ya offspring?

those are not cbc parents, they're just busy bodies , they can't even call press conference at their premises but kicd offices, nikama wamelipwa.
They've never fought for uplifting of standards in public schools or stand for anything.
A good system shouldn't be defended by paid narratives, rather they should call for a town hall meeting and address issues raised and iron them out, kenya future is at stake and doesn't warrant chest thumping from any quarter.

they are parents themselves , I personally agree with their cause but going the court way is totally unnecessary, them also demanding to revert back to 844 is not the solution, already were are in grade 5.
Questions have been raised concerning CBC, it's only right KICD and the ministry address them instead of grandstanding or defending it. Matters education should be open., Let them conduct road shows if necessary to educate the masses.

like the elephant in the room of transition to high school, it has never been addressed yet in 2023 we expect to have junior high school students. Or the matter of write in textbooks, kwanza ukienda shule private where the owner is also the author of the books, they make sure teachers have marked inside them, making handing them down impossible.

What if going to court is the only way to force the mandarins at Jogoo House to listen and admit that CBC has issues that needed to be addressed before roll out? Because that is what even the CS himself is refusing to admit?
