One of biggest challenge we have in this country is lack of law clearly dealing with continuity of projects everytime we have new members of National , Senate and county assembly comes in. We need law to safeguard these projects that new politicians avoid like plague. They would start new ones leaving what was started by the outgoing law makers . This is common across every part of the country .

By the way these fellows are not meant to be executing projects. Their role should end at the (successfully) lobbying stage (Representation function). The other roles are legislation and oversight.
