It is the DIY eviction technic used here I guess.
It is totally illegal and could land a Landlord (no pun intended) in very hot soup.
It is foolhardy to resort to such when there legal means to evict a troublesome tenant.

I only asked because contrary to what many believe here, I've encountered a house locked due to rent arrears. Felt so helpless back then and now that I have tenants of my own, I try to be gracious to them.
