I remember at the height of the 2007 general election when Raila was leading until people woke up in the morning and found out tharaka nithi votes had been poured and Kibaki was now in the lead.

A couple of our luo brethren were spotted around Mugi Bookshop already claiming the property once Baba became president...without paying for it, might I add.😂

Kupata kura central for Raila, maybe apate from those guys lakini not from the wenyeji wa huko.
 
It's people who allegedly think rao wants to be a president, he has never and will never declare his presidential bid !

That was the state. The other two big players in elections are the voters and the international community.

Nothing like deep state! those are stories of giants. As it stands right now the best he can do is 2nd. this is purely out of the numbers/tribal dynamics. He is only assured of the Luo Nyanza votes 99.9%, the Kamba's are out and so are the Luhyas to some degree. Any leader in Central backing him is conning the guy( he surely knows it).
His competitors Ruto, Mudavadi and Kalonzo have taken chunks out of his vote basket and that has done him in.
