Confusing. Learned folks like @Kasaman please break it down to us laymen. If money is sent to a bank customer by mistake, and is withdrawn, how should the bank have reacted?

I have said it several times and I will say it again - the Judiciary is hell-bent on destroying Kenya. It is now actively legislating, bypassing Parliament and the people of Kenya.

This is a recipe for disaster.
