Man who caned Raila and Kwale Governor now wants a handshake with ODM Leader.

Mzee Lengo whipped Raila and Governor Mvurya in September 2014 during a public event at Kinango in Kwale County.

Although he was forgiven by the two leaders, Lengo said he would like to shake hands with Raila just to be certain.
