Forest road assault: Court frees riders, says no case to answer
The Director of Public Prosecution (ODPP) said no case has been disclosed against them.

What the Court has done here is to embolden and inculcate these thugs with the notion that they can get away with absolutely anything without any consequences or repercussions.
I do hereby express fear, alarm and trepidation for our Sisters, Wives, and Mothers who will now never find peace on Kenyan roads due to such rulings which depicts bonda bondas as untouchable and above the law. Our Dads, Brothers and Husbands are not spared either.
I am pretty sure that they have been jolted and challenged to do even more crazier things.

In many jurisdictions these Guys could at the very least have answered a charge of Threatening and Harassing Behaviour.
How do you allow a bunch of people to go about congregating and threatening by numbers?
