Before we all get emotional and hateful and..., and all, should we not first interrogate our constitution? Why it doesn't make sense in many instances? Why it has so much "I don't know"s?

We should do away with office of deputy president and deputy governors coz they do nothing while fleecing the tax payers. Hata huko counties many governors dont see eye to eye with their deputies.

1. Deputy president
2. Deputy governor
3. Women rapes

Deputy president should revert to being vice president who is appointed by the president and also be a member of the cabinet complete with a portfolio! Cabinet members should be nominated from among the MPs.
