Chepsongol is a loudmouthed busybody (although he works for his people of Bartabwa ward) He is projecting the hatred his people have for the pokots (well deserved since they have suffered the brunt of attacks from them being their neighbours). Pokots are also Kenyans like the Arror-Tugens, they deserve the same treatment under the law.
