The Nairobi Metropolitan Services has already used a couple of billions in the few months its been in operation.
A lot of it can be seen but you have to question how sustainability their approach to easing water woes on the great city is.
It's an open secret that cartels have always colluded with water service providers and sometimes used dubious means to keep their business afloat including the intentional siphoning of legal water and then reselling it at a premium.
I know of friends who get water only twice a week and that is crazy considering that hakuna shortage. Hapa kwetu kama si borehole, it'd be the same case.
