Very good question to ponder onDo you continuously identify your biases?
What for? Your biases, just like your height, are not anything you can change. They are in the DNA.Do you take effort to identify your own errors in thinking? Do you continuously identify your biases? Do you reflect on your opinions and beliefs? Are they factual?
Hahaha...says who?? I believe biases can br changed through the way you think. What for? Your biases, just like your height, are not anything you can change. They are in the DNA.
I do all those mostly during conflicts..... I keep away from gossips or avoid talking about other people because my perspective is always different. My opinions are reserved for reasonable mature people.
For example.... My Dad is not a reasonable person, during an argument anataka uongee useme kitu mbaya..... I often tell him he's misbehaving....and he laughs. But anataka tu vita....so akitafuta kelele mimi hunyamaza aongee amalize.Kama ni makosa nimefanya I tell him nitarekebisha and I go to reflect on it.

Yes, that defination is OK, what you have not put is an example of a belief bias to compare. When you go to rome, you do as the romans do.Why would you need to change bias? Have you looked up at the definition of bias nimeweka hapo juu? Do you agree with that definition?

A secret to communication and leadership as well is that you never approach someone from your own point of view, you always do it form their own view, that way you, as a leader, are able to convince people of certain concepts. This approach can also help you learn of other peoples concepts and judge whether your Bias is warranted or not.
How do you know they are doing the right thing? they could also be looking at you and thinking the same things as you? You are never born bias, it is acquired, it can be unquired as well if you have an open mind.I'm saying you pause for a moment and decide whether they are doing the right thing.

If you have a closed mind, then why bother with the question at all?
you can only know it is good by interacting with them, only then can you know that you are making an objective decision. that means holding your biasness at bay until you get the full facts, otherwise you would not be in a position to defend your biasnessThat's what I'm asking. Which rules do you use to ensure that you are making objective decisions? Do you just do something because every Roman is doing it? When "everyone" is quail farming, does it make it a good decision? When a celebrity endorses a product or promotes a service, does it make it good?

A question kenyans should be asking themselves frequentlyDo you take effort to identify your own errors in thinking? Do you continuously identify your biases? Do you reflect on your opinions and beliefs? Are they factual?
